Note: A bag deposit of $30.00 is included in the price of Cubic Meter Bags. The deposit will be refunded if the bag is returned when you order again. Note that Short Bed Pick Up truckloads are with your own truck at the yard.
Minimum quantities are required for delivery of bags of wood:
Fireplace bags: 5 bags min for delivery (otherwise you may pickup at the yard)
Camping bags: 3 bags min for delivery (otherwise you may pickup at the yard)
Pine firewood is a very common choice for home fires as well as camping firewood. Softwood that burns quickly, making it ideal for quick starting fires. However, pine does produce more creosote than hardwoods, which can lead to a buildup in the chimney. It is important to clean the chimney regularly when using pine firewood. An additional benefit of pine or spruce firewood is that it is readily available and economical, and gives off a great scent as it burns.
